Any business that sells time: a salon, a padel or tennis club, a ceramics or cooking workshop, an osteopath or a physio, an escape room, a music teacher, a dog groomer. If your customers book a slot and you would like them to do it themselves, it is for you.

Your page: your name, your services and prices, the week ahead with what is open. They pick a time, give an email and a name, pay you or not, and get a confirmation. They never see a Resatime site and never create an account.

No. Your booking page has its own address. Put it in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business profile, on a QR code by the door. If you do have a site, a widget for it is coming next.

Only to take card payments online. You can start with payment on site the day you sign up, and connect a Stripe account later — it takes a few minutes and Resatime walks you through it.

To you. Card payments are taken on your own Stripe account; Resatime never holds your customers' money. The customer's receipt carries your name and your company details.

Whatever you decided: free cancellation until so many hours before, then the price is kept. The customer cancels from the link in their confirmation, the slot reopens, and a card payment is refunded or kept according to your rule — without you doing anything.

You mark them in your diary. Deposits — a fixed amount paid online, the rest on site — are coming next, and are the honest answer for businesses where an empty chair costs money.

Yes. A service has a capacity: one chair, one court for four, a workshop of twelve. Group sessions show seats left and take a waiting list when they are full.

No. Resatime is per booking: a customer books and pays a slot. Businesses that run memberships and packs are what our sister product Wodloop is for.

Nothing until someone books. A small fee on bookings paid online through your page; nothing on bookings paid at the desk. No subscription, no setup fee.
