Five screens. Nothing you won't use.

Resatime is not a management suite. It is the page your customers book on, the diary you read, and the money going where it should.
Your booking page
Your name, your logo, your colour, your address and hours. Your services as a row of chips; the week as a strip of days; a day as a list of times. Open, few left, full — three words, no numbers to interpret. On a phone first, because that is where a QR code lands.
Services and slots
A service is a name, a duration, a price and how many people fit: one chair, four players, twelve benches. Slots are your opening hours per service, or a fixed list of sessions. Close a day, block an hour, add a one-off — from your diary, in a tap.
The diary
Every booking, by day and by week, with the customer's name and what they booked. Mark who came, who paid at the desk, who did not show. A customer who cancels through their link disappears from it on their own.
Payments
Payment on site, payment by card, or both. Card payments run on your own Stripe account through hosted checkout — Resatime never holds your customers' money — and the customer receives a receipt in your name. Refunds follow your cancellation rule.
Customers and reminders
A customer is an email and a name; no account to create, no password. They get a confirmation, a calendar file, a reminder the day before, and a link to cancel or move within your rule. You get a list of who has booked, and nothing more than you need.
Coming next
A widget and a bare booking link for your own site and your Google profile. Deposits against no-shows. And for the slots that stay empty: publish them, with a last-minute price, to people nearby with a free afternoon.
Your page, live this week.
Tell us about your business; we set the page up with you over a call, or you do it yourself.
